Payment Terms

Course fees must be paid in full before the first session unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer and major credit cards. All prices are displayed in British Pounds and include applicable taxes.

Refund Policy

• Full refunds available if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the course start date
• After the course begins, refunds are prorated based on the number of sessions attended
• No refunds for courses more than 50% completed
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@slate-plateau.com
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval

Course Attendance and Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions or notify us in advance of absences
• Treat instructors and other participants with respect
• Participate constructively in discussions and activities
• Refrain from disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to remove students who violate these conduct expectations without refund.
