Common Questions
Do I need any prior financial knowledge?
Most of our courses are designed for beginners. The Investment Strategy Intensive assumes basic financial literacy, but even that course starts with foundational concepts before moving into advanced topics.
Are courses available online?
We offer virtual attendance for most adult courses. Junior programmes are in-person only, as the interactive format works better with children present.
What if I miss a session?
Course materials are provided for every session. If you miss a class, we'll share a summary of what was covered and you can catch up before the next meeting.
Can I enroll mid-course?
Courses build on previous sessions, so we recommend starting from week one. That said, if you have relevant background knowledge, contact us to discuss options.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Payment is due before the first session, though we can discuss instalment arrangements for longer courses.
Is there a refund policy?
Full refunds available if you cancel at least 7 days before the course starts. After that, refunds are prorated based on sessions attended.
